what good is a great product if it is never shipped?

Come on George <G>,  Who says it's never shipping?  He said when the
pre-orders are shipping.

"The pre-orders will ship sometime in September.  Right now, it is looking
like mid-September to late-September.  Currently, we have not ETA as to when
they will be available in the retail channel."

If they shipped a product that had faulty springs or any other part... they
would be doing a far great disservice to their customers and themselves than
by simply delaying a product release a few weeks to a few months to get it
right.

If you got your pedals and the springs continually break (ALA - Early TM
NPro units), they would continually get slammed for shoddy equipment. They
then would be burried in requests for free replacement parts while they get
flamed because they didn't deliver the replacement parts within 24 hours to
your doorstep and you missed your league race because of it. (you in a
general sense, not you directly George)

I've been dealing with ACT-LABS for a few years now and can say I truly
believe they care about their products and they care about their customers.
Going back to people who are not with the company anylonger right up to the
current employees like Raymond and Brandon, I have never had any kind of
extended wait for questions and/or support and even the one time on a
cartridge replacement for my Force RS was prompt.

Would you rather they ship you a flawed product?  What good is somthing you
have to return right away?

I'm with Andrew.  I'd rather have a great product that doesn't need
maintenance or upgrading out of the box...  The only thing that I'd
criticize is the early pre-order date.
