FF Wheel-HELP!

Just installed a MSFF wheel...in win2k, using win 2k driver...MS drivers didn't
work right...all I feel when using FF is real sluggish hard steering?  what am
I doing wrong?  tried it in SCGT, and NR2002...Don't know what else to tell
you...ask me questions?  Will provide any info I can...just don't know what to
put down...
