MS ForceFeedback pedal question

On both F1CS2000 and CMR2, the throttle response is either full on or full
off - modulating the throttle is not possible.  Is this normal for racing
sim's or do I have something set up wrong?  Other than that, everything else
is working perfectly.  Thanks,

It must be something in your setup. I have the M$ FF wheel model 2 (the
USB-model), and both games works just fine with the throttle.
