P133 and Pocono bug

Has anyone else experienced this problem with the Pocono track and a
P133 CPU?

The outside line of cars on the start will not move until they are 1 lap
down.

When you qualify at Pocono, the starting grid gets created with your car
coinciding with 1 or more other cars.  As soon as you move, your car
gets torn to bits.  I managed to qualify 17th once and this didn't
happen.

These things do not occur at other tracks, at least not C***te,
Bristol, Atlanta, and Darlington.

Any thoughts would be great.  I'm thinking at this point that I may have
a bad P133 chip.

This used to happen to me at the North Wilkesboro track, the cause was a
corrupted file in the Wilkes folder. I dont remember which file had
become corrupted, but when I reinstalled the track the problem went away.
