Cyrix P166+ or Intel P133, P150, P166?

I am in the process of upgrading mainly for Grand Prix 2, Visiware's
Starting Grid and Indycar 2 3D version. With all things being equal (ie.
motherboard, video card, ram, etc.) considering the prices below in
Canadian dollars, which would you recommend I get:

                Cyrix P166+     $348.00
                Intel P133      $295.00
                Intel P150      $380.00
                Intel P166      $540.00

Thanks in advance!

First rule out the P150 (bus speed).  Price wise, I would go for the the
Cyrix and use the money you saved towards your video card and money.
The only drawback I've really heard about the Cyrix is in regards to FPU
calculations.  So far Quake seems to be the only game using FPU.  But
what the future holds in regards to FPU use by games is unknown.

Don't bother with the P166+!  Get a Cyrix P150+ for ~$160 U.S. and
overclock it to 166+.  Invest the savings is a quality mutual fund and
wait 'til the P200 gets down to $200 :)

Seriously, the oc'd P150+ is very fast - faster than a P133 - and you'll
save a lot of money.  If you decide to go with a Cyrix cpu make sure to
check their web site and get a motherboard that they have approved for use
with the P+'s.
