rec.autos.simulators

It works fine in Indy Car.  But in Nascar, I attempt to config the
joystick and it won't wait for me to hit return.  When it gets to
the main menu, it just cycles thru the choices and randomly pick a
menu to go down.  

If I do get it configured properly, it still cycles.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

I think the key to stopping the menu from randomly scrolling is to hit your J
key at the main menu.  This turns Joystick Menu Control On/Off.  To calibrate
your joystick directly from the main menu use Ctrl J.  Does this help?  (if I
read your question correctly)
