RaceLive! Announces NTT World Championship;
Forms NTT Americas, NTT Europe, and NTT Australia
RaceLive!, the organization behind the successful "Nail That Track!" Internet racing series, today announces the NTT World Championship, an on-line racing series that will ultimately crown a World Champion at the conclusion of an eleven-track competition emulating the 1967 Formula 1 Grand Prix Championship.
To support this global competition, RaceLive! announces the formation of three distinct geographic divisional series offering daily races in which successful competitors will qualify to represent their geographic division in each weekly international Grand Prix championship race.
Five competitors from each division will come together weekly to compete to determine that week's Grand Prix champion from a truly international, best-of-the-best field. Divisional representatives will be determined by a series of five weeknight qualifying races. Winners of each qualifying race will be granted an automatic berth in the week-ending Grand Prix. If individual competitors win multiple races within a week's qualifying series, the balance of that week's divisional representatives will be determined on the basis of accumulated weekly points. All divisional qualifying races will be limited to competitors residing in each particular geographic area and will take place each weeknight at the times shown in the table below.
