World Championship Standings and Grand Prix Qualification
All drivers who complete any NTT World Championship event, including the Grand Prix qualifiers, earn points which accumulate throughout the season and determine their rank in the NTT World Championship standings. Each week the top five competitors from each division compete to determine the circuit's Grand Prix champion from a truly international, best-of-the-best field.
Weekly divisional representatives are determined by the series of five weeknight qualifying races. The winner of each qualifying race is granted an automatic berth in the week-ending NTT World Championship Grand Prix. If individual competitors win multiple races within the weekly qualifying series, the balance of that week's divisional representatives are determined on the basis of accumulated weekly points. Divisional qualifying races are limited to competitors residing in each particular geographic area and take place each weeknight at the times shown.
