NR99 demo trouble

NR99 demo trouble

Nascar99 isn't out here in sweden yet so I downloaded the demo
(nr1999d.exe).
But I cant run the file, there is an error message:
PackageForTheWebError  General failure reading this package. What's
wrong?? I downloaded the file from two different servers with the same
result and there were no errors when I downloaded the files.
