By the chance,

Does anybody know if there are racing simulators, other than auto, on the
market?
Like water racing.

Igor,
I recently purchased Virtual Skipper 2 from a French Company Called Duran.
Yacht racing in ACC, Open60's, Melges 24 or an Offshore racer.  Four
locations and multi play.   Fun and relaxing sim.  Like any racing though,
it's ez to get *kinda* fast but difficult to go really fast :)   A demo is
available at www.virtualskipper2.com

I'd recommend Virtual Skipper 2 as well.  Probably the best sailing sim
around and has a large community following with online racing, add-ons, etc.

I'd love to see a good Offshore PowerBoat Racing game (the big guys).

I've got something called PowerBoat VR that I haven't played in years
because it basically sucked.

I'd also like to see a MTM 3.

I don't know about this game,

i just took a look at the website, and it looks awfully rough.  The forums
are dead, and this is quite possibly one of the funniest things I've read in
an FAQ/HELP section:

"1) Enter the key on the web site to register. By trial and error, you will
obtain the correct key.
For your information, you should use lower case letters and some letters are
hard to distinguish"

Just what I want to do when I get a game is "trial and error" my way into
getting a game to work correctly.

I'd love to see a good offshore sailing sim, and while this may be the only
option, it sure doesn't look all that promising.  And unfortunately, this has
gotta be a serious *** niche so I doubt we'll see one anytime
soon.  Admittedly I didnt download the demo, but nothing on their web site
looked too inspiring.

just my .02
