My Brother just got a new computer from Quantex.  It's a P-120, 16 mb
ram, WIN 95, Ensonic Sound card, etc.  When running the autosetup and
manuel setup for NASCAR Racing sound card install NED JARRETT sounds like
Alvin the Chipmunk and the cars sound like they're running 100,000 rpm.  
Can anyone help?  Papyrus seems to busy to reply to my e-mail.  Thanks in
advance.
