Tim,

Known bug with the last patch.  To get the qualifying times, save the q
results after the qualifying session.  After the race, save the race results
with a different name.  If you need to import them into another program for
scoring, you'll have to edit the html to copy the table from the q-session
file and paste it into the final results.

Spot on Jeff, I might add to try to do this as innocuously as possible since
the program I use (Rathbone's Points Calculator) will give you an error if
the HTML form is not quite "right" after editing it to add the Q times.

Otherwise very sound advice. The leaked readme.txt from the upcoming patch
says that they have apparently corrected the 0.000 Q times after the start
of the race.

Also.... the server's race results file (HTML) saves the qualifying info
correctly.  For some reason it wasn't messed up in the patch, like the
client's files were.

As others wrote, it is a bug.

Save the replay and open it with N4 Replay Analyser:

http://home.bip.net/martin/n4ra

It will show you the times and a lot more.

Cheers,

You have to set the auto_export_standings entry to 1.  It's something
like that.  Search for export in the core.ini.

That wouldn't be a shameless plug would it Martin? ;)

NR4 Replay Analyser has found a home within our league it is a GREAT
addition to this game, thanks Martin for your time and effort here. I have
learned better lines most everywhere when I could "capture" a better driver
in a replay, and the reports are awesome. I just wish it could generate the
Summary report on larger replay files, but it's free and I'll take what I
can get...It did take me a while to figure out the erratic slip angle for
the competitors when it was that lovely "warp" side-to-side tango that the
game was showing just as one would see on track in real time. Great app!

Back on topic: The previous poster was correct, the server auto_export has
to be activated, but once it is it will export all the stats correctly. The
0.000 qaulifying bug is on the client end of the deal.

The only place i see that is in the palyer.ini file
The server paler name, server_00, in this case, has that set to 1
Still get 0 q times

Tim, that should work unless you are running multiple servers at once off
the same player.ini file. Are you running as a dedicated server, or hosting
as "pseudo"server? This only works with a true dedicated server I think.
(And you are correct, it is in the player.ini within the dedicated server
"player" directory.)

It works with our league's server anyway...my only other advice is to make
sure that you are looking at the correct server player.ini in case you have
multiple servers setup.

Yea, we're running multiple servers
And right now they're not automated, we start them with remote access
I'll shut all but one off and test it
If it works I'll create separate player files

Thx

It would :)

Glad you like the program. We were about to release a new version last
week but decided to wait until we finish one more new feature which
will be included in both GPLRA and N4RA.

Cheers,

/Martin
