Hey all. I just got my N99 and think it's pretty good. my Big problem is
the 3d version. Can't get it to work. It will boot into the "race start"
screen.........but my mouse will not go low enough to click on race,
leave track or the likes....and it is also VERY jumpy in the same
screen. It also will not go into the game if I click on my start button
shortcut........I have to use the "nr1999.exe" right from the directory.
It freezes on the Papy splash screen if I use the start button. Other
than that.......I am happy and like the new tracks. Next question....can
anyone tell me some new sites that offer add-ons, patches or what-not.
Also.........will ALL N2 patches work on N99 ?? Thanks for any help
here.

p.s. I have a Cyrix P166+ chip if it makes a difference.

I think you need to right click on the propeties of n21999.exe and make it
"FULL WINDOW" or the mouse will no to the bottom of screen

For the mouse problem, make sure that you have the correct mouse drivers
installed. In Windows, you don't need drivers, but in DOS (or DOS based
games) you do.

I believe that all N2 patches are taken care of in the release version of
NR1999.

This is an old problem that occured with N2. I have never heard of it
happening with N1999...

Have you mixed up your versions, or applied N2 patches to N1999?
