hello all
I just got LAN card installed on my PC now I love to go race online with my
cable connection.
But when I start GPL and try to start multiplayer,only my modem is on the
list  how can I make GPL to find my LAN card?

Try changing your
alternate_ip_addr_lookup = 0
to 1
in your core.ini

I think you need to look for something in the core.ini to the extent of
alternate_ip_lookup = 0 and change it to = 1 or something of that
sort...don't have a cable modem myself so I'm not sure but I've heard the
question and answer so many times it kinda stuck =)
