ICR2 & the net.

  ICR2 has no network capabilty.  As such the only multiplayer available is  Modem
to modem.  (i.e. mabell instead of the internet.)  This means long distance bills
if you live outside of each other's calling area.   the two biggest hangups for
ICR2 and modem racing is choosing the right modem, and then making sure you have an
Initialization String that works properly.  If your an Internet only user(a newbie
as you say) getting a local modem to modem connection will be tricky.   If your
trying to connect thru the Internet, forget it...ICR2 wasn't made to work with
it...now Nascar2 is another story.
