You'll have to contact the various manufacturers and see if the TNT and
Thriller cards support multi-monitor. Even then you may be screwed because
I'm not sure Win98 (only version of Windows that has full-featured multi-mon
support) will allow 3D acceleration in the second window [if someone knows
for sure, speak up :)]. If you can get 3D hardware accel in secondary
monitors, then you can place both cards in the computer (assuming both
support multi-monitors) and set one to the primary monitor and one to the
secondary monitor (consult Win98 manuals for more info on this).
Otherwise, no, you can't and will have to run EITHER the TNT or Thriller as
your main video card. The Voodoo2 of course can run happily along side
either, as its an add-on 3D multimedia card and not a full-blown 2D/3D card.
