GP3 and MSFF Centering force

If you have GP2 installed, I have a way to preserve the centering force of
the MS Sidewinder Force Feedback wheel in case you don't want to use FF:

1. Go into control panel to set the properties of the wheel if you don't get
these by default (centering force and force feedback level)
2. Run GP2, just click Main Menu and then Exit. The wheel is now immune for
all settings changes, including Control Panel. Actually, this is a bug.
3. Run Gp3. The centering force will now remain.

To get back to normal behaviour, Windows must be restarted. It is enough to
choose Shutdown/restart and then shift-click Ok.
This trick works on my W98 first edition/DX7.0a, not sure if it will work
for everyone though.

PS I must say that since I have the FF working properly using the registry
fix (see http://www.racesimcentral.net/), I
will not use the trick myself anymore. I like the FF a lot :)
