I don't think Repco changed the firing order until they went to a flat crank
(and ohc heads) in '68...which made it sound like a coupla inline Fours.
I have never heard a proper "ripping canvas" shriek for GPL's Ferrari (like
"La Diva" in the Open-Pipe Symphony CD...even tho it was a
horizontally-opposed 12 by then). If anyone ever does one, they will have
my undying gratitude.
