GPL: Way to disable in-car wind/road sound (other sounds)??

Hello,

 Is there any way to disable the in-car sound in GPL (the wind/road
noise)?

 Just looking to pickup a few more FPS's. I have all the extra***pit
graphics turned off, but notice a fairly large frame-rate hit when
going from "chase-view" to "in-car" view.

 Any .ini's in GPL to turn in-car sound off (or just remove the
sound-file for in-car noise?). I'm already at the mimimum 3-sound
setting.
