Hacked GPL F3 car sounds

I got tired of listening to the "lawn mower" and decided to hack together
some better F3 car sounds. I found that taking Pat's Brabham F1 sounds,
and increasing the pitch a bit to compensate for the lower maximum rpms,
you can get something a little more tolerable ;-)

Grab the file and save it in your \gpl\sound directory.
