Race GPL F2 or F3 cars online?

I know how to race against the AI when driving the F2 or F3 cars, but
what about online?  Is it possible for someone to host a GPL F2 series?

Yes it is, I am not sure but I think the clients all have to have the same
Formula level set in their player file.  This makes for some great racing
especially for the less skilled or people with slower computers.

Race GPL F2 or F3 cars online?

Hey Wosco, not only are the F2/F3 cars are bounus for the less skilled
(as you put it) but are a real challenge to the so-called hotshoes out
there as well.  IMO it requires more racing skill, more setup skill and
more patience and understanding of racing techniques to successfully
compete to a high level in these F3 cars than it does in F1...  You
don't win these races in these cars by choosing a Lotus or an Eagle and
going like a bat out of hell untill everyone else crashes out, you win
these races by skill.  :)

To run the F3 cars in on-line competition:
Step 1:  Make up a new driver, as an example: Wosco_f3
Step 2: Go to the PLAYERS directory for Wosco_f3 and edit the
PLAYER.INI file.  Change the DRIVER RATING to 3
Save the changes and race f3's using the driver Wosco_f3

To run the F2 cars in on-line competition:
The same as above, but call your driver: Wosco_f2
Change the DRIVER RATING to 2

Note: driver rating     is found under: [Personal Information]

Hope that helps a bit..
Cheers,
Ron

Actually i made a boo boo in the f3 specs, for F3 cars, change the
driver rating to 1..
F1's are 3
F2's are 2
F3's are 1

I know, it seems strange, but that's the way it is..  :)
Cheers again,
Ron
