According to the 3Dfx website, they have no plans to release a newer card
with a TV tuner.  They plan to continue offering the 3500 for that purpose.

I have the 3500TV.  The tuner is pretty good.  The video capture is
aweful, forget using it.  The FM tuner is good also.  I've playing N3
alot with the card with a P2-400.  I can't run with all the cars at
1024x768, the framerate suffers.  At this point I'd wait just a little
more and get either a V4 or V5 card.  As soon as the massive V5-6000
card becomes available, I'm dumping this 3500TV.  I'll also be dumping
this CPU for whatever is the fastest available at the time the V5-6000
is released.
