They are both fine and I didn't really notice a hell of a lot of difference
with the 3000 over the 2000 in the same computer. The 3000 does have a TV
out, though I have never used it.
The biggest difference with the 3500 is that it has a TV TUNER and video
capture built in. The specs otherwise are marginally better, but I am sure
you could meet those numbers just overclocking a 3K or 2K.
I have a separate tuner/cap/FM tuner card (Hauppaugge WinTV PCI) and I use
it constantly. The 3500 wasn't available when I bought my 3K, or I would
have grabbed that one instead. The extra 100$ or so you are paying is for
the tuner/cap capabilites. I think it may also have an FM tuner, though I
can't say for certain.

Depends on what you need. The higher frequency RAMDAC and GPU alone don't
warrant the price difference. These cards were not meant for the highest
resolutions anyway and with today's yields the massive overclocking
potential of the "lesser" V3s gives them unbeatable price/performance
ratio. But if you really need a TV-out (or maybe an integrated TV tuner
of the 3500TV model), don't hesitate to go for the 3500. Otherwise, grab
the 2K while you're standing by for the 2-GPU V5 5500 which should be
very competitively priced.

You could wait a couple of months (April, I believe) for the Voodoo 4, 5 and
6 to arrive. They're set to revolutionise games performance as we know it
today.
But with a staggering price for the V6 (600!), I'm sure most people will
prefer the V4 and V5.
Personally, I intend to go full out with the V6, despite my bank managers
complaints. ;-)

The v3 2000 runs at a clock speed of 143mhz, the v3 3000 runs at 166mhz
and the v3 3500 runs at 183 mhz.
Now the 2000 and 3000 use the exact same memory (although the 3000 has
a larger heatsink) so with an overclocking program most 2000's are able
to get to 166 without any problems. You can even put a larger
heatsink/and or fan on it if you want. The 3500 uses higher speed
memory (183) and runs very HOT. Of course it is slightly faster than
the 3000, but not alot.
I use a v3 2000 and I just slapped an old socket7 heatsink/fan combo on
speed for months.
If you like overclocking (its an ***ion) get the v3 2000. If not get
the v3 3000 (they come in PCI or AGP but it doesn't take advantage of
AGP2x). Then get the V5 next summer :)

Wait about 6 weeks, it will be worth it.
