just got vodoo 3 3500 tv, installed new drivers(u.s.) gpl has no 3d?
i go into the game ..options... put it on 3dfx...says i have to exit the game for it to take effect,
go back into the game ....same thing... what am i doing wrong

You mean no accelerated 3d right? i.e. it is stuck in software? this is weird. you can always edit the .ini file (can't remember which one but just look through them it is not ai, sierra, player, core) to say lastrender (or something like that it should be in there) = rast3dfx.dll.
