I have F1RC and a problem with the new geforce drivers.  For all you F1RC
vets you know that F1RC has had the longtime problem of crashing during exit
and restart of the program.  This problem was solved with the popular
killhelp.exe utility that shuts down directxhelper or something to that
effect.  Anyway I have a problem with the recent geforce detonator drivers
and I am totally surprised that this has not been mentioned on any forums
before.  With any Geforce 2x.xx drivers, I can only run F1RC once.  After
that I cannot run it (or any other game) again.  The killhelp.exe file does
not do a thing with the 2x.xx drivers installed.  Is there anyway you can
run F1RC with the 2x.xx drivers.  Else I will be stuck using the 16.30
drivers forever.  I have an athlon 1900 system, an a7v266e motherboard and a
geforce2 GTS.

    Maybe DGF can help, but most users here abandoned F1rc after the
promised patch never materialized.  I wouldn't be suprised if you got some
answers like:  "there is an easy fix, just install F1 2001."

And whatever happened to F1RC2? The reason they gave for  no patch was
because they said they wanted to finish F1RC2 first.
