I tried loading the NASCAR2 HQ patch program from one of the
racing websites but it kept telling me that I am missing MSVCRT.DLL
and it cancelled the installation. Does anyone out there have this
elusive file or know where it can be found? I tried Microsoft but it's

You can get the necessary files here:

Unzip the ZIP file and then run the MFCINST.EXE to extract the
necessary DLLs to your Windows\system folder.
