does anybody know where I can find a 'decoder key' for setup files in nascar
2? I'm getting close, but I would like to double check my fuzzier findings
with somebody who has figured them out. I am working on a setup manager
program....I know there are already some great ones out there, but I would
like to give it a try in Java :)

any help would be greatly appreciated.
