N2003 - Run WITH restrictor plate but WITHOUT SS setup restrictions?

Our league runs "ASCAR" type events on Wednesdays, WC on Fridays.  We
are about to make the switch to N2003 and have found that tracks
modified for ASCAR running (added plates to reduce HP, increased grip)
run OK in this latest version except that our setup options are
limited - unadjustable full rear spoiler, for example.

Any way of running plate motors and full setup options?
