NASCAR demo and Win95?

I downloaded a copy of NASCAR demo to try out. I am trying to run it on
Windows 95. I have set it up to run in MS-DOS exclusive (PC reboots to
DOS and starts NASCAR). NASCAR appears fine and I can move through the
menus. BUT, submenus or selections do not appear. When I select a menu
with Enter, it turns gray and nothing happens. Any ideas?

The only thing you can do in the demo is to do pre season testing around
Talladega you can't do any other men operations apart from the options
menu as far as I can remember.
