Well,
        It was bound to happen. Just looking at the rise in posts about the
NCR2 demo so far it may not even take until the full version comes out
for those gp2 fans who wondered why we wanted our own group to say
"uncle" and request their own group <G>.
Not trying to draw flames gang, just sittin here chuckling over all
the hubub when GP2 flooded the group and now it's NCR2Demo/NCR2.

Frankly I am impatiently waiting for the demo myself but geez folks,
does every 3rd person have to start a new thread on it when there are
already somewhere from 10 to 20 threads running about it already?

Hmmmm, maybe we need a new group called
rec.autos.simulators.nascar2.demo.only <G>

Ron,

Just as some of us that were against the split forecasted, this was
bound to happen for Nascar stuff too, so a split for a Nascar only newsgroup
would not have prevented it there on that group too.

Personally I don't really mind it too much, I just ignore the subjects
I don't want to read, if I really get tired of it, I would kill-file it.

But since I know that this, like the GP2 release posts are only a temporary
busy e***ment period on r.a.s. it won't take all that much effort to just
ignore them until the next calm period when people start posting asking
why it's so quiet and posting trolls for flames to spice things up.

The hard part is when to really believe the Nascar2 demo came out and not
another cry-wolf fake release post. Looking forward to see all the
improvements in the new engine and curious if Papyrus will be able to go
against Sierra's current trend of not providing a paper manual. The lack
of a paper manual might be enough to prevent my buying it on principles
alone, I have said in the past I would not buy a game without a paper manual
and this might be the release that either makes me eat my words or bite
the bullet and not buy it. I really hope it has a manual.

Yup, but boy I'll bet there are some open wheel fans getting a lot of
the circle/slashes now, sheesh I know how old that gets.

Ah our good friends KK and such.

I figure I'll wait until I see it from Adam himself or Ed before I
freak about it. In the meantime NCR1 is good enough for me, at least
until I get my P200 fully loaded :)
Look on the bright side, some words can be ra-ther tasty. Believe me I
know from exoerience.
