VROC error with Win XP

by Bob » Wed, 14 Nov 2001 14:23:46

Just recently installed XP.  When I try to connect to VROC I get the
following error message:
The procedure entry point Richedit10ANSIWndProc could not be located in the
dynamic link library Riched20.dll

It then loads the race screen, but all races show a red box.

Anyone have a clue what might be causing this, and a possible fix?

TIA,
Bob G

Change the name of the file to _Riched20.dll That will fix your problem.

Thanks Brian, that took care of the error message, however I am still
getting all red boxes next to the server names, and all track names
including originals, have a dash in front of them.
Any suggestions?
Thx again,
Bob

Just go to the options and show WinVroc the path to GPL again
(yes, I know it's the same as before) ... that worked for me.
