N3 no spotter

N3 no spotter

Have installed N3 and cannot get any voices from "crew chief" or "spotter".
No problems during install and all other sounds present. "Spotter" set to
"full" in options and "speech" is turned on. Spotter must be trying to
"talk" on another address or port but where do I go to change-check this?
