Pocono track that's already converted for N3 ?
Since i don't own N2, i can't convert it myself.

Here is how :
1) You go buy neither Nascar Racing 2 or Nascar Racing : 1999 Edition
2) They cost as low as 5-10$ everywhere
3) Convert is easily using the converter FAQ or go to http://www.theuspits/
and get some easy-to-do converters
4) Getting it from somebody else is a criminal act.

No, there is 16 tracks in N2. And if you get NR99, you have almost
40tracks, with MANY of them not released in N3. Like Hickory and many Truck
tracks.
