I've got N1, N2 and now N3, of course.

I know the reasons of the lack of Daytona...but what about Pocono in N3??

I don;t think pocono was in NR1999. Is it even still on the schedule?
You can try Nazareth which is shaped about the same.

I hope you're not asking if it is still on  the real WC schedule......

ya... right.....   kind of like how Dover and Bristol are shaped about the
same.

Pocono is still on the schedule, twice.  and the reason is similar to
Daytona.  Couldn't get the license for the track.  Pocono was included
on the N99 cd under the TEN folder so TEN racers could use N2 and race
there.  I "think" either the N2 or N99(ten) track 'should' work with N3.

What? He's right, replacing Pocono with Nazareth is like replacing
Monza with Spa, IMHO...

N3: Pocono??

I'm new to this NG so I'm not sure if this has been covered before but I had a
little trouble putting Pocono on the N99 schedule. I think it will work but I'm
not sure how exactly to do it- I tried just copying the track from one folder
(N2) to the next (N99).
I was also interested in why Pocono wasn't included- after I had several good
runs there it started to become one of my favorite tracks.

N3: Pocono??

Hi Stefano,

If you have the N2 cd or the N99 one (it is under the NROS directory), it is
easy to put Pocono back on Nascar 3. The tracks are 100% compatible. What
you need is the new graphics (now they are .tga instead of .pcx). If you
don't want to change it yourself (you can use PSP to do this), go the The
Pits (http://www.theuspits.com/fbody/nascar/index.html). They already have
some utilities to change the chassis (again), daytona, pocono and cts tracks
and some more.

Nice racing,

Brian
ps: don't forget to keep visiting Racelane
(http://members.xoom.com/RACELANE99/). Garry is working on a N3 Daytona
(with the lights and animated flagman).
