Stuck throttle on FORCE RS

help! my  ACT LABS FORCE RS  throttle is stuck. in the control
panel>game controllers, it is all the way up, as well as in all my
games
 i removed the rs drivers, and the wheel, and reinstalled, same thing
it worked fine last week.  i have direct x 7a, with which it had
worked in the past.
any ideas?
  i do have another computer, that i am going to try it out on though

I'm not the tech guy but I know we've heard of this problem before...  If
you don't get an answer before Tuesday, e-mail to our Tech Support guru
