As far as i know there is a macau guia track available for GP3, haven't
tried it. I just wonder if this is available in F1 challenge too?

Same here! As you may already aware, there was a real F1 car testing
run on this track earlier this month.

BTW, a proper conversion for GPL is greatly appreciated!
