Is it me or is it the SLOMO effect in GPL 1.1

Hi,

Yesterday I bought myself a brand nem FF wheel. After installing it I
installed The patch GPL 1.1 but now I can Hardly drive the MF. The
framerates are okay as far as the counter says  (alt-F) but I would say they
are a lot slower. I have big difficulties turnin in at the right moment and
getting my breaking points right.

My question is: Is this the Slomo effect-bug I read about a couple of weeks
ago or is it just my imagination and is it me getting used to the weel??. If
it's the Slomo-effect-bug what can I do about it???

I find it odd that you don't mention which wheel you have.

If you have a slow CPU and a wheel which uses huge CPU cycles
you may be having a problem. So... What is your CPU and wheel?

I get this as well with my MSFF wheel and the only fix I have found so far
is to disable the FF in the core.ini.  I must say that I don't seem to mind
the trade off for a few extra fps.
