What a total dumb ass I am. I just got done watching the F1
race at Australia. I really thought that it was stupid to have
water as runoff barriers. Well come to find out it was blue
sand! I must now say this track is modeled quite well :-)

Oh yes. I was inspired to run a 25% race there in F1RS.
I poled and actually got into the first corner clean. Against
the lowest level, but what the heck it was fun :-)

Hahahaha... 'Wow these F1 cars are so fast they float on water!'

Sorry Greg! :)

Cool!
So,  I'm not the only one trying to integrate a racing sim and live t.v.. Still
have a ways to go though, but I'm workin' on it!

Joe.

Greg, I did the same thing! Except I spun off trying to compare the picture on
the TV and the graphics in the sim! I only noticed a few differences in
barriers and a couple of runoff areas. Those things can change easily from year
to year. Did you notice how accurate the cars sound in the sim? The real cars
seem to have a bit  more of a staccatto /machine gun sound when downshifting.
The McClarens didn't finish in my race...Don

I have thought for quite some time that the sound of the cars in the game
(during a race) is totaly realistic. At least I like it. Many disagree, I
just
ignore them, since *I* know better :-)

Actually it was a Ferrarri with no changes to the stock setup.
Won the race with no problems. When I go up in AI levels
I know it won't be a cake walk.

So did the FIA take away the McLaren's 4th pedal yet? That
was the difference IMHO.
