press the key combo alt f to display fps. It takes a second or two so
don't press multiple times, it's a toggle and you might end up turning it
off before it begins displaying.
alt t speeds up time. same thing, toggle again to turn off. I'd recomend
NOt letting a session end at speeded up time. May crash the event. So
toggle it back to normal time before the session ends.
I don't know of any place that has a comprehensive listing. sorry.
