UniVBE 5.1a and NASCAR

Does anyone know if UniVBE 5.1a, which is a VESA BIOS driver to make SVGA cards compatible
with VESA BIOS Extension Programming standards, would help a 64-bit VRAM accelerator.  I can't
get much cooperation from the industry on this.  The UniVBE driver supports 64-bit cards, but
does that mean it helps them?

The problem is that I've replaced a Cirrus Logic 32-bit SVGA card with a 9FX Motion 771 64-bit
VRAM graphics accelerator in a 486DX280 computer.  My frame rate in NASCAR went from 11/sec to
14/sec with no textures.  I had hoped to get 20/sec.  I've been told that it may be possible
to find DOS drivers to help.  Is this the driver they were referring to?

Papyrus hasn't responded in 48 hours, Number Nine sent me to UniVBE but they had no clue as to
whether it was what I needed.

Any help would be appreciated,
