gp2: lap-time graph?

There was a very nice utility for GP1 that showed a graph of time v
track position. By superimposing the graph from two laps or using the
`plot time-difference' function, it was possible to see where a car was
losing/gaining time with respect to a previous setup.

I can't find a similar utility for GP2; does it exist?  This, together
with a plot of the racing line taken on different laps would be a very
useful addition to the performance analyzer functions.

BTW, I play with keyboard (hangs head in shame) which is bad for fuel
consumption - is there any utility to change the amount
of fuel given at the start of the race (with no stops it defaults to
race-laps plus two).
