Is there a program that you can easily work with carsets and change the car
ratings.

Get the N4 utility machine from the uspits.com. Then get the driver
ratings from the Racing Groove.

use the n4 utility to import the driver ratings. Carsets? maybe Larry's
Player Picker would do the trick. At least it has a track manager. Nr2k3
can set and save it's own carsets.
