There are some screenshots of screamer 2 at *** :

Now, is this title out yet? If not, does anyone know when? AND the
biggest question, is this going to be 3DFX supported OOTB? Is there
going to be a patch? Let me if you guys think that these shots are 3D
enhanced shots. Smell ya later. Tony Gaylord - Portland, OR

Hi,

I picked this up about 3 months ago at Walden Software (Chicago Area)
for 24.95. I haven't seen it at Best Buy yet. Those pictures are
probably from the Hi-Res 65K color graphics option. There are three
other graphic options, Lo-Res 256 colors, Lo-Res 65K colors, and
Hi-Res 256 colors. I use the Lo-Res 65K option in mode "0" (whatever
that is) and it is very fast. There is no 3Dfx support OOTB (I have a
M3D) and I haven't heard of any patches coming from ***. I like this
game and there are cheat codes out there to get all tracks and the extra
cars and truck. I hope this helps!!

Screamer 2 has been out for a long while, over a year. It's a great
arcade game, very like Sega Rally (much better than Sega Rally PC, IMHO).

If you have a P133 or quicker you should find it runs very smoothly in
hi-res. I use hi-res, 256 colours. There's a 64k colour option too, but
it slows the game down and it's hard to see the difference.

The game is also very playable with keyboard or gamepad.

There is an excellent playable demo - giving you the first track. You'll
find it somewhere on the Web.
