Screamer 2. Does anybody know where to find it?

From what I heard (very little info at the moment) its going to be a new
game called Screamer 2 Rally. With new tracks, cards, 3dfx support, blah,
blah, blah.  I was going to pick up screamer 2 for $14.99, but I am really
interested in all things 3dfx and thought I would wait on buying the new
game. Hope this helps,
