Yes, the sensation of speed could be a bit better.
Personally, I think Papy made the FOV (field of view) too
wide. If you're a GP2 fan you probably feel like you're
driving down a tunnel and the track is too narrow. What
they could have done, is go with a narrower field of view,
and do somethng to enhance your peripheral vision. I think
two little windows at the top of the screen that show whats
going on at either side of your car would be pretty cool.
Framerate hit there of course, but it might be worth it.
However, I have to add that the sensation of speed seems
better once you get used to it. And most importantly,
you're missing out on one hell of a great game if you just
dismiss it as "bullshit". Really the greatest of all time
in my opinion. Keeping my fingers crossed that GP3 will up
the ante.
By the way, get that chip off your shoulder. Nobody is
going to take a troll-baiter very seriously.
