ACM card fix for ICRII

by colin manner » Fri, 06 Jun 1997 04:00:00

I have a Thrustmaster ACM Card, a Grand Prix 1 steering wheel, and a FCS
Joystick. I would like to be able to plug the steering wheel and the
joystick into the ACM card so I can play Indycar II and my son can play his
games without having to keep unplugging either of them to get them to work.
I tried a Y-cable but my padals on the Grand Prix 1 wouldn't work nor would
any of the joystick functions work.
I know there is a utility called RACEPTCH.EXE for Indycar II Ver.1.0 so you
can have both plugged in at the same time, but I have Ver.1.2 of Indycar,
and this patch doesn't work on that version. I play Indycar in DOS because
I only have a 486DX66! so I can't use Windows 95. Anyone know of a fix or
maybe where I can get  a new version of Raceptch.exe.

Thanks in advance,
 Colin Manners
