The newer drivers remove that particular choice from the advanced
properties, however, there is a replacement file available that restores
that capability.

You can get the file right from 3DFX... here's the URL:

The second link on the page is the one you want... it's the replacement
control panel. Follow the readme to install it and the VSYNC option will
be restored.
