After a week and 8 phone calls to MS tech support (to both the Games
group and the IE group), a complete re-install of WIN95 (CPR refused
to install and then corrupted my registry), I finally got CPR to load
on my game machine. But that's another story...

I'd really like to give this game a chance, so I'll wait until the
"finished product" update is out to seriously play this game, so I've
decided to find the most unusual 'features' (aka bugs) of CPR.

Try this one:

While racing at Michigan, begin to pit, but don't slow down as you
enter the entrance, continue on the grass outside of pit lane until
you clip the pit wall (outside of the pits). The rev-limiter will kick
on and the pit option board will appear, you will continue on racing
with the rev-limiter on. For further enjoyment, hit escape, then
resume race, you will now be traveliing around the course locked in
auto-pilot mode at full throttle/no steering, smashing into anyone who
is in your way. The only way to exit this 'feature' that I found is to
down shift to 1st near the pit entrance and hopefully enter the pits
under rev-limiter.

Anyone else have some fun features?

I pity the poor MS game support reps come Monday, they are going to be
busy with this game... Should make the Disney Lion King sw fiasco look
tame.

Hmmm,  along those lines, wonder how many newbies are gonna hit usenet the
next few days?  And considering how some of these "sims" have already been
dissected, wonder how much help they'll get?  I predict frustrations aplenty
for many.

Ya know, thats a good point Jerry,    There will plenty of frustrated gift
receivers this holiday season, so we "EXPERINCED" MATURE, DEDICATED,
ENTHUSIASTIC users can step up and provide as much help as possible.  Keep the
sarcasm to a minimum and we might get a few converts to real ***....
