updated anymore?

Are you sure this is the same Steve Smith? If so, I didn't know you
liked ICR2, Steve;) By the way, the book should be interesting and
I think ICR2 deserves to have a book written on it.
About the original question, my guess is that a lot of the competitors
have upgraded to GP2 and compete in HOF2.
