It does not matter how fast your computer is, the design/programming of the
graphics in parts of NFS II strobe and do other weird things that ruin the
sensation of speed. This did not exist in NFS or NFS SE and will not exist
in NFS II SE--EA has explicitly noted that this "issue" will be fixed in
the upcoming SE release (which also has 3dfx and DirectDraw support).
